2. AI assistant
The AI assistant is an automated system, not a human customer service representative. Replies may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated and do not constitute professional advice, formal quotations or service commitments. Confirm important details with us. In an emergency, contact the relevant emergency services directly and do not rely on the assistant.
3. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and submit only information you are entitled to provide. Do not compromise systems, transmit malware, harass others, impersonate anyone, bypass usage limits or security checks, or use prompts to obtain system secrets or unauthorised data. We may restrict or suspend access to protect security and service operation.
4. Intellectual property
Website text, trademarks, designs, images, videos and 3D models belong to us or their respective owners or licensors. Unless permitted by law or authorised, you may not extract them for commercial reuse, republish, resell or claim ownership. Browsing the website does not transfer intellectual property rights to you.
