Centralised Management Platform (CMP)
The digital brain of the whole site safety system. It aggregates data from every device and sensor and shows worker locations, equipment status and environmental conditions in real time, so supervisors analyse trends, generate compliance reports and handle emergencies from one dashboard.
Digitised Tracking System
Smart wearables, Bluetooth beacons and GPS track the real-time location of personnel, vehicles and high-value assets across the site. With digital zones and geofences, supervisors are alerted automatically when a worker enters an unauthorised area or an asset leaves its boundary.
Electronic Permit to Work (PTW)
Workers and supervisors use phones or tablets to manage electronic permits for high-risk work such as hot work, working at height and excavation. A checklist of safety controls, risk assessments and isolation procedures must be verified and signed off before work starts, and every permit leaves an auditable record.
Hazardous Area Access Control
Smart electronic locks, turnstiles or digital authorisation tied to a worker's ID control access to substations, chemical stores, deep excavations and other dangerous zones. Every entry and exit is logged, so only authorised, trained and medically fit personnel get in.
Unsafe act / dangerous situation alerts
AI cameras use computer vision to detect missing personal protective equipment (PPE), falls from height or unauthorised entry automatically, without anyone watching screens, and alert supervisors immediately.
Confined space monitoring
Wireless sensors continuously monitor gas levels (toxic, flammable or oxygen-deficient), temperature and humidity inside confined spaces, while wearables track worker presence and vital signs. When conditions become hazardous or no movement is detected, the platform raises an alarm to start rescue.
Integrated live CCTV
High-definition video from multiple cameras streams live into the CMP for verifying incidents and safety alerts, managing site logistics, deterring theft and making decisions during an emergency.
