[Hong Kong, 27 October 2025] – Shenzhen Rontex Technology Co., Ltd and Greate (HK) Limited announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding, jointly establishing the “Rontex-Greate Hong Kong AI Joint Laboratory.” With this partnership, Greate (HK) is now Rontex’s top-priority partner in Hong Kong, officially recognized by the new joint lab title.
As leaders in AIoT and multimodal site safety innovation, Rontex and Greate (HK) will combine leading-edge R&D with local market resources to advance smart construction safety, intelligent inspection, industrial upgrading, and talent development. The Joint Laboratory will focus on promoting the signature “Rontex Multimodal AI Construction Safety Model”—a proprietary solution integrating image understanding, speech recognition, and behavior analytics to deliver holistic site risk detection and digital safety management. The model automates monitoring, risk alerts, and compliance reporting, carries industry certifications, and has already been deployed in major projects.
The joint lab will vigorously promote “industry-academia-research” collaboration in Hong Kong, partnering with local enterprises, R&D institutes, and universities to launch technical joint research, application pilots, and academic projects—accelerating the standardization and broad adoption of AI-powered site safety solutions citywide.
