Greate (HK) Limited ("we", "our", "us") develops and operates CLAIM DO IT ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

- Personal Information: Your name and company name (entered voluntarily for report generation)
- Financial Data: Expense records, amounts, dates, merchant names, and categories
- Receipt Images: Images uploaded for OCR processing
- Device Information: Device type and operating system (for technical support only)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process expense claims and generate reports
- To perform AI-assisted OCR text recognition (images are processed and immediately discarded)
- To improve app functionality and user experience
4. Local-First Architecture
CLAIM DO IT uses a local-first data architecture. All your financial data and receipt images are stored exclusively on your device. We do not upload your data to our servers or any third-party cloud storage.
5. AI Processing
When you use OCR features, receipt images are transmitted to our AI partner (Alibaba Cloud Qwen) solely for text extraction. Images are not retained by the service after processing is complete.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- AI service providers for OCR processing (images only, immediately discarded after processing)
- As required by applicable Hong Kong law
7. Data Security
Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security features. We recommend enabling device passcode and biometric authentication for additional protection.
8. Your Rights (PDPO)
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Delete your data (via Settings › Reset Application Data)
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes within the App.
